--3.0 for Physical Therapy, Physician Assistant, Speech Language Pathology, Forensics, Pharmacy and Education
--2.75 for Health Sciences, Athletic Training and Occupational Therapy
--2.5 for all other majors

Freshman:
- Submit online application
- No application fee
- Scanned copies of official academic records from the last four years of your education
- If you have enrolled in an ESL program in the United States, you also must submit the ESL transcripts
- At least one (1) letter of recommendation
- Personal Statement which answers the following questions:

2. Why have you chosen this major?
3. How will Duquesne help you to achieve your academic, personal, and professional goals?

Transfer Applicants:

- If you have enrolled in an ESL program in the US, you also must submit the ESL transcripts.
